SPECweb96 Issue: WWW filetypes

The content of the files that are used in SPECweb96 does not conform to any of the DTD definitions.

The content is made up of simple text files filled with effectively random characters broken into lines of about 70 characters each.

It makes sense that the Web Server will return these files with
